Are you a young adult facing challenges with career fulfillment, relationships, stress, or other natural transitions that define adulthood?

Are you a parent struggling to manage a child or teen with ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management, academic underachievement, or social skills challenges?

Erin Liebman Inc. offers over a decade of experience working with youth, teens, and young adults.  Clients are encouraged to examine thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to engender positive changes. Our professional goal is to assist all clients in developing the lifelong skills necessary to be healthy, happy, and productive citizens within their community.

We strive to offer our clients the most experienced, individualized care. This includes a free 30 minute consultation, email/text communication outside of scheduled sessions, and coordination with other providers or support networks.

For youth and families, we offer over a decade of experience working with children/teens, while helping parents implement practical interventions at home.  Our approach ranges from play based, to more traditional talk therapy.  The goal is to meet children/teens where they are, and use their strengths to overcome challenges.

If you are a young adult, we offer action oriented therapy to reduce levels of anxiety/depression around life transitions, relationships, and stress.  This includes goal setting, with ongoing accountability. In addition, we help connect you with social and professional organizations specific for your journey. Our goal is to facilitate change, by supporting career, relational, and social exploration.
